Is hypnobirthing for me?

Hypnobirthing is for everyone! Have you been told you are a ‘high risk’ pregnancy? Do you know that you are booking an elective caesarean birth? Do you feel okay about birth but just want some more information about how to cope better during it? Hypnobirthing can help you all!
On my courses, you will learn about the physiology surrounding birth, how birth actually happens and what might happen along the way. You will feel prepared to face whatever your birth throws at you. Information surrounding inductions, assisted births and caesarean births is all including too so you know what choices you have if these situations occur. On top of that, you will learn relaxation, breathing and coping techniques so you greet your birth feeling calm, prepared and informed.

How are the courses delivered?

There are 4 options currently:

• Bespoke 1:1 in person courses where I come to your home at a time that is convenient to you.

• Online zoom 1:1 courses where we deliver the course over zoom at a time that is convenient. There is the option at the end of the course to join me for tea and cake to discuss more face to face.

• Refresher Hypnobirthing course online or in the comfort of your own home

• Calm caesarean course
