All courses are full birth preparation courses and are full of information about how to have the most positive birth for you through helpful tips, knowledge and techniques. They will get you so excited to birth your baby!
In all courses, you will learn:
The full birth process, what to expect at each stage and how your body is made for this role
How to manage your contractions and stay calm but focussed through hypnobirthing techniques to make birth as comfortable as possible
How to make use of your birth partner rather than them feeling like a spare part!
How to navigate the NHS maternity system and empower you to ask questions if interventions are discussed (such as induction, caesarean birth) so you can make your birth a positive one.

Yes! You will receive mp3 hypnobirthing tracks, a course workbook, goody bag and my continued support right through your pregnancy (should you need me!)

1:1 Bespoke Hypnobirthing Course
For women and their birth partners.
This is a unique opportunity to have 1:1 support in hypnobirthing and your antenatal prep in the comfort of your own home.
Course length:
4 sessions in your own home, I will come to you! The course is taught over 2 or 4 weeks - whatever feels right for you. Each session last 2hrs 30mins.
Price: £250
1:1 Bespoke Online Hypnobirthing Course
For women and their birth partners.
Do you live out with Greater Manchester or work shifts and want more flexibility to the course? This is the option for you.
If you are available and wish to do so, we can meet for a coffee and cake catch up to connect 1:1 at the end of the course.
Course Length:
4 sessions on zoom, 2hrs 30mins each
Price: £220
Have you done hypnobirthing before and fancy a refresher on the techniques? Then this is the class for you!
Use this opportunity to refresh your birthing knowledge, tools and take the steps toward a positive birth with hypnobirthing again!
I can come to your home for this or we can do the course over zoom. It’s really informal and a lovely chance to connect.

Refresher Hypnobirthing Course
Calm Caesarean Birth
Do you know you are planning a caesarean birth? Choose this course where I can spend more time helping you to discover ways to make this the most beautiful, calm environment. There are lots of choices for you that you may not be aware of!
